This local non-profit organization was founded to address the growing need for assistance to foster children in Central Texas. Our mission is to improve the lives of children in foster care, ensuring that each child has his or her basic needs met, and to provide life-enriching and life-enhancing experiences whenever possible.  We provide immediate assistance to children in need in the 30 counties that make up Region 7 of Central Texas. Often these children are removed from their homes with nothing more than the clothes on their backs. Something as simple as a pair of shoes, a backpack, summer camp, or music lessons can make all the difference in the life of a foster child.

The organization has served over 5,000 children in foster care in its first four years of operating.  This year alone, we have served over 700 children.  Each year, requests for assistance continue to grow dramatically, and it is our hope to be able to succesfully fulfill each and every request.  Support from foundations, local businesses, and individual donors is crucial to our success and to continue to dramatically impact the lives of children in need.
