Position Type: Permanent, full time (40 hours per week)

Description of Duties:

• Lead pressure cleaning  and window cleaning teams to complete high quality work orders on budget
• Experience with using step ladders and extension ladders.
• Work with customers to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Complete cleaning work using the latest and best equipment in the industry.
• Drive, maintain, and stock a Bethany Associates window cleaning truck.
• Complete Bethany Associates Window Cleaning training and development program.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience with window cleaning duties.
• Experience with pulling a trailer.
• Experience operating a pressure washer. 
• Management experience in any field.
• Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively.
• Ability to lead teams and motivate others.
• Job task planning and organization.
• Comfortable with heights.
• Clean Driving Record.

Compensation: $11-$16/hour depending on experience.
