Perks and Benefits

  • Within 30 DAYS we offer Anthem Major Medical Health, Vision, Dental and additional Supplemental Benefit Insurances. Life and Disability insurances are available as well. At Primrose Broadview Heights we pay 50% of health insurance costs for employees
  • We offer up to 80 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) per calendar year. This is equivalent to 10 paid days off per calendar year
  • Paid Holidays are offered in addition to Paid Time Off (PTO) - A total of 7 holidays are paid to full-time employees per calendar year
  • Home made meals are provided for staff at no cost - breakfast, lunch and one snack depending on your shift
  • We have three full-time managers on site and two on-site owners to support our staff of 38 employees
  • We are fully staffed; you will get out on time to spend time with friends, family and loved ones because we want to do the same
  • We care about your health & Safety just as much as we care about ours. As owners, we work here too and we also want a safe, clean environment. We invest a lot to ensure our center is clean and disinfected daily.

The Primrose school of Broadview Heights is where I have spent the majority of my time teaching— and with good reason! I have been a part of the team since BEFORE our doors opened in 2018. I have been through all of the ups and downs that the past 4 years have presented. Even in the midst of a global shutdown, the owners did everything in their power to ensure a safe and smooth transition through a list of ever-changing protocols.

The management team has always had an “open door” policy and have stood by it — always offering a listening ear. From (club seat) baseball games, to gift cards, to decorating contests, and everything in between, Joe and Chrissy work hard to build a team bond and remind us that
we are appreciated.
