Working at Ram Jack has been an absolute blessing. The people I work with feel more like family than fellow employees. The company really stresses the family dynamic. They encourage employees to better themselves even if that means eventually leaving the company. For example, I am currently enrolled in college for a degree that will take me away from Ram Jack in the long term. While they know that this degree is going to eventually take me away, they have still done everything in their power to accommodate my school schedule.
