We are located at 4901 Hwy 114, in Northlake near the intersection of IH-35 and HWY 114 (just pass the Holiday Inn Express). Previous Barista experience is not necessary...but high energy, high enthusiasm and an overwhelming commitment to Customer Service are essential elements! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST! It hosts a drive-thru lane for our commuters as well as a relaxing environment inside for those that want to sit back relax and take the day in-stride. Responsibilities PJ's Coffee in Northlake, TX is looking for a barista to join our fun team. We are located on 4901 Hwy 114, Northlake, Tx . Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, outgoing and reliable. Job Duties: Prepare hot and cold drinks and food products in accordance with customer needs Maintain a clean and tidy work area Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally Process payment through POS system Strong communication skills...You will be a Brand Ambassador for PJ's! Qualifications Must be 17 Years or Older Must Love Coffee! (period, exclamation point, your final answer!) Must have an Overtly Cheerful, Friendly, Outgoing personality. It is not just about selling a cup of coffee; it is about developing long-term relationships with our customers. Strong verbal skills and the ability to work flexible schedules in a fast-paced environment Strong desire to make our customers happy and to provide excellent service! Barista experience is Ok, but not required! You will be trained in the PJ’s ways of serving the best cup of coffee in DFW! Not necessarily driven to succeed by hourly salary but driven in making great tips and other bonus for exceptional customer service! We work as a team! Texas Food handler's license (Required) Memorization skills of recipes are essential! Dependable transportation a must!
