Prior to starting JARCCO Construction, LLC, Our Owner acquired a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso, and over 15 years of construction experience in different work positions such as Project Manager, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Quality Control Manager and Superintendent for small and big Corporations in construction of Buildings, Highways and Heavy Civil projects for the Federal Government and Private Customers.

Clients from the Federal Government include the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the International Boundary of Water Commission (IBWC), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and US Department of Homeland Security and US Veteran Affairs (VA). Throughout this time, Our Owner has become a professional and gained experience in the construction industry, getting familiarized with construction techniques, policies, contracts, inspections, quality control, safety and customer service.

After completing a work career of more than a decade, and more important after seeing how customers struggle to find competent and responsive contractors, Our Owner decided to start a construction company to help customers receive a better product, a professional service, a responsive contractor, and a person who understands the needs of the client. Our Owner has always had the desire to help other people. A few of the qualities that describe Our Owner, is integrity, honesty, reliable and responsive.
