The Bel Air Ridge Homeowners Association (formerly Glenridge Homeowners Association) was developed in the heart of the Santa Monica Mountains in 1976. The Association is comprised of 377 residential homes; 205 attached townhomes and 172 detached single-family homes, located on approximately 100 acres. For its residents' use and enjoyment, the Association's recreational facilities consist of 7 tennis courts, a tennis pro shop, 2 pools, 1 jacuzzi, a clubhouse, a gym, and a private park.
