TurnKey Facility Maintenance (TFM) is a locally owned, full-service facility maintenance company that specializes in office, medical, educational, worship, industrial and retail facilities. TFM is headquartered in Gainesville, GA, and services the entire southeast US. The cornerstone of TFM is an emphasis on relationships, both with employees and customers.

TFM was founded in 1988 by Sam Roberts. Sam has been involved in commercial cleaning for over 30 years covering all aspects of nightly cleaning, stripping/waxing, post construction clean-up, day porter, pressure washing, and carpet cleaning.

Mr. Roberts works hard to deliver the results the customers have grown to expect by striving to put the needs of the client first with a continual focus on the bottom line.  TFM concentrates on using the best cleaning solutions while implementing green, eco-friendly chemicals to ensure a safe environment and workplace for each property that TFM services.
