Compensation, bonuses, and incentives are performance-based and not guaranteed. Earnings vary based on individual production, licensing eligibility, market conditions, and adherence to company policies and applicable laws.

Production-Based Bonuses

Eligible Loan Officers and leadership roles may qualify for production-based bonuses tied to funded loan volume, team performance, or defined milestones. Bonus eligibility and structure vary by role, licensing status, and compliance guidelines.

Non-Delegated Correspondent Model with Transparent Pricing

Tag Lending Group operates as a non-delegated correspondent lender. Loan pricing is established independently of Loan Officer compensation and is not inflated to fund commission structures.

This model supports transparent, market-based pricing and maintains a clear separation between borrower terms and Loan Officer compensation, in alignment with RESPA, SAFE Act, and anti-steering requirements.
