Sof Hospitality was founded in 2021 as we began to expand our restaurant umbrella and capitalize on our individual crafts in the industry. Today, Sof is the proud restaurant group of our three Israeli-inspired concepts: our high end butchery and specialty steakhouse.

Doris Metropolitan, our one-of-a-kind bakery with unique offerings only found in Houston, Bādolina Bakery & Café, and Hamsa, a modern-Isreali restaurant with an upbeat vibe.
