BLACK Wellness & Prosperity Center (BWPC) was founded by Shantay Davies Balch who has served Fresno's Black community for years and has been a constant advocate for maternal health equity.
BWPC is unapologetically dedicated to the Black community in California’s Central Valley with the goal of improving Black Maternal and Infant Health outcomes.
