About Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy

Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy is a collaborative outpatient pediatric therapy clinic serving children and families in the Savannah and Pooler communities. Our team provides speech, occupational, physical, and feeding therapy in an environment designed to help children build the communication, developmental, and functional skills they need to thrive.

At Chatterbox, we believe pediatric therapy is more than a job — it is meaningful work that supports children during some of the most important stages of their development. Our Interdisciplinary Approach
