Professional Development
Each of our departments allow team members to become more specialized and learn additional skills, and we also have opportunities to cross train with different departments! Twice a year, we’ll create a structured plan for you that includes training checklists to ensure your career is developing in the way that makes sense for you. We’ll collaborate with you to see how your unique strengths can impact the office in greater ways and give you the opportunity to expand your knowledge and expertise.

Retirement Plans
We care about you and your family’s future, so after one year with us, we offer up to a 3% match into a Simple IRA. This retirement plan allows you to set tax-deferred funds aside for your retirement and start preparing for you and your family’s future.
Paid Holidays
We want you to be able to enjoy quality time with your loved ones, which is why our practice provides six paid holidays per year. These include New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Christmas, and Thanksgiving.
PTO
To promote a healthy work-life balance for all our employees, Elite Vision Care is proud to offer an industry-leading paid time off (PTO) policy. This flexible policy allows you to use your time off however you’d like, and if you have a balance at the end of the year, you can even roll over one week’s worth of your PTO to the following calendar year!
