Excellent care Services, Inc. was born in the city of Rochester, Southeastern Minnesota in 2001, out of a passion for individuals with developmental disabilities challenges. This passion has propelled the kind of friendly and high excellent services we provide to our clients. 

ECS nurses performs a free, in home client evaluation and meets with the patient and family to discuss special needs, concerns and unique circumstances. The nurse also consults with the client's physician to determine the individual's home care needs. We then develop a detailed plan of care based on diagnosis, care needs, prognosis, family support, home environment and community resources.
