We provide a quality dockside service for marine diesel engines, generators, and transmissions for Southern California’s boating industry. We are happy to handle any repair or overhaul job most engine needs, but we’d rather help keep an engine running at top performance with our general maintenance services.

Started by the husband and wife team of Greg and Shellee Fountain in 1987, Advanced Marine Power Inc services all diesel engines, generators and transmissions. After completing the diesel tech course at Golden West College in 1980, Greg worked for Southern California’s Ford Lehman dealer, Presteguard, for 7 years before he struck out on his own. 30 years later Greg and Shellee continue to run a successful family business helping orange county boaters get back on the water as quickly as possible.
