NLA pays 100% of the Health Insurance Premium for the team member for our high deductible plan. With this plan, you are also eligible for the option to contribute to an HSA Account. We also offer a low deductible plan, if you would like to upgrade your plan you can pay the difference tax-free out of your bi-weekly paychecks.

Dental and Vision

Team Members have additional benefits they can add on at their own cost.

Simple IRA

We offer a Simple IRA Plan through Spencer Financial. We match up to 3% of your contribution after 1 year of employment with NLA.
