Care Coordination
SOLUTIONS has amazing Care Coordinators (CC) who work diligently to support you and your client. You will be assigned to a CC who is your primary contact. You will report change of condition or other client concerns to them. They are the point of contact for you and also for the client and his/her family members. You have a team behind you to listen to your concerns, celebrate your victories, and advocate for your client so that he/she receives excellent care!
Caregiver Success Team
We have an entire team dedicated to making your caregiver journey amazing! Recruitment Specialist: They are your first point of contact and are passionate about matching you with your ideal client! Training Coordinator: Their job is to ensure all our staff have the skills to provide excellent care to our clients and that the environment you work in is safe. HR Generalist: Your advocate for any concerns that may arise. They ensure you feel heard with our open door policy.
Employee Recognition
We encourage and reward our caregivers when they are “caught in the act of caring," through recognition from the client and their family, excellent attendance, and picking up shifts. We give gift cards and other special recognition gifts when we see a caregiver going above and beyond. Our goal is to always make our caregivers feel valued as a part of Team Solutions!
Skills Lab
SOLUTIONS provides training for all caregivers at the time of hire and any time during your employment with us, should you need it. Our skills lab is in the office, fully equipped to train you on things like:
- Hoyer lift
- Bed bath
- Toileting
- Transfers
- Mental health
- CPR & first aid
- Hospice care
- In-home safety
