Bella Cora Bakery is a French-inspired bakery with two locations in El Paso, Texas. The bakery opened its doors in 2012 with a simple goal- to bring new styles of pastries to the local area.

We specialize in a variety of French pastries from macarons to artisanal bread. Our bakery lands somewhere in the spectrum between a pâtisserie and a boulangerie. We proudly support local vendors to deliver only the best quality ingredients.

Now, led by Chef Jessica Zaragoza, who was trained in traditional French cuisine and patisserie in Le Cordon Bleu, Ottawa, and The French Pastry School in Chicago. She hopes to integrate more classical techniques to bring the best pastries to El Paso.
