Harmon Racing Cells has been in business for over 20 years, with over 46 years of experience in designing and building custom fuel cells for the racing industry. Our mission is simple - to build the strongest, safest, best performing fuel bladders on the market, period!  This obsession translates into everything we do, from the materials we use to the final assembly of each custom fuel cell we make.  We make and build them as if they were going in our own buggy, truck or car.

That's essentially how it all started. Prior to going into business for ourselves our founder, Jim Harmon, had spent the previous 20 years perfecting and teaching our process to a leading fuel cell manufacturer. When they relocated, however, we stayed put.  Jim, wanting to stick with his passion and utilize his knowledge, knew his future was still in the Fuel Cell business. He soon received dozens of calls from old friends asking if he could produce a quality fuel cell cheaply, quickly, and locally. Working nights out of our garage, we began to manufacture our first fuel cells in 1998 with nothing but our knowledge and a few basic garage tools.  Within years, business was booming!  Today, we're poised to overtake the competition by providing new designs, revolutionary hardware, competitive prices, and the strongest and longest-lasting fuel cells in the world.

Our years of experience and mission to provide only the best products has exposed us to different types of materials for use in bladders, plates, and cans.  With this, we've been able to test and determine which are the best and that is why our products last, on average, 30-40% longer than comparable fuel cells. This dedication explains why our products can be found on almost every continent on the planet. In addition, we make designing fuel cells easier than ever, whether it's a one-off or production design, and further explains why more and more fabricators are choosing us over the competition.
