Forbes AAC is a privately held company that develops and manufactures Speech Generating Devices, software, and educational resources. For over 35 years, we have focused on serving people with communication disorders throughout the United States.

Our manufacturing facility is based in Mansfield, Ohio, where we distribute our product line.  We have a team of Engineers who work directly with our Speech and Language Pathologists throughout the United States to create our technologies. Our group of funding specialists work directly with Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance companies to seek out funding and manage advocacy efforts for our users.

 

While our team members represent a variety of backgrounds, we come together and commit to the core values that drive our decision making and work as one body to empower individuals with speech disorders. We strive to bring service, inclusivity and ultimately hope to those who rely on our devices.

We have provided innovative assistive technology solutions to individuals with all levels of disabilities since 1987. While our focus has always been communication devices, our products also include adaptive computer access, custom mounting solutions, environmental control systems and custom adaptive accessories.
