Meet John and Mert
Mert has spent most of his life around trucks and service repair shops. He is an expert in service and maintenance.

John has spent his life in the heavy-duty truck part business. He takes part availability and customer satisfaction very seriously.

One day they were talking about how frustrating it is to have a truck-down situation and not being able to get answers. Hard to get people on the phone, part backorders, no callbacks, etc. They agreed that a parts and service company that combined product experience with a passion to serve the customer was needed.
