Founded in Ocean City, NJ in 1976 by Joann Thompson, IBJ became synonymous with timeless coastal design and homes that bring families together. Under the leadership of Samantha Cury, the firm has grown with fresh perspective, expanding its reach and redefining what luxury living can feel like.

As we look ahead, our new studio in Wayne, Pennsylvania (opening soon) marks an exciting evolution that brings the warmth, joy, and connection that have always defined us to a new community. From seaside retreats to mainline homes, our work continues to be guided by one simple belief: a beautifully designed home makes life more meaningful.
