Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Call potential customers by phone to promote insurance products, transfer or schedule appointments for licensed Account Representatives
- Follow approved scripts, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of outcomes
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
- Prior telemarketing, call center, or inside sales experience preferred.
- Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with high-volume outbound calling.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM/lead systems.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus).
- Must follow all applicable laws (e.g., call recording, opt-out requests, and consent rules).

Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
