The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with a passion for helping clients secure their financial futures. This role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships and achieve rewarding compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance and financial needs
- Present and explain insurance and financial service products clearly and effectively
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet company goals
Qualifications:
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales aptitude and customer service orientation
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services sales is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work full-time in an office environment
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Bilingual - Spanish required
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
