As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for James Manley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for James Manley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Our agent is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary College and has spent his entire career with State Farm, beginning as a team member while still in college before opening his own agency. Today, he leads a team of five who are passionate about serving customers and making a positive impact in the community.

We actively support organizations such as Meals on Wheels of Greater Newburgh and the Police Unity Tour, along with other local charitable and community initiatives. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
