Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Engage in needs-based conversations to educate customers about insurance options and provide valuable guidance
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals, contributing to the success of the team
- Proactively generate leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to promote relevant products and services
Qualifications:
- Energetic, motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive for success

- Interest in the insurance industry and a willingness to continuously learn and develop
- Property and Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
