Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Primary focus will be on billing and claims follow up
- This is currently a part time position of 15-20 hours/week
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...
- Simple IRA after 1 year of employment if full time

Requirements
- Ability to obtain a license is required - course and 1 test are reimbursed after 6 months of employement
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Math
- Proactive/proficient in problem solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
