- You'll receive hands-on coaching along with proven sales systems and processes developed through more than 25 years of insurance industry experience.
- Build relationships with prospective customers and develop new business for the agency.
- Conduct customer-focused, needs-based conversations to identify insurance and financial service needs.
- Educate customers about appropriate insurance options rather than simply selling individual products.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and customers using established agency sales processes.
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service when assisting customers with coverage questions, billing, policy changes and other needs.
- Use proven agency systems and processes to manage opportunities and follow-up.
- Work toward individual and agency sales goals while contributing to a positive team environment.
- Take ownership of your results and bring a strong work ethic to the office every day.
- Base salary: $50,000–$75,000, depending on experience and qualifications
- Uncapped commissions in addition to base salary
- Quarterly and annual bonuses
- Expected first-year total compensation: $60,000–$90,000+
- Top performer potential: $100,000+

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
