RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aggressively prospect and generate new leads to expand our customer base.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during every customer interaction.
- Drive customer retention by delivering personalized solutions that meet their evolving needs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and customer communications.
- Build a strong referral network by cultivating lasting relationships with satisfied customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Comfortable using CRM and other sales software to manage leads and opportunities.
- Knowledge of personal lines insurance products preferred but not required.
Skills and Attributes:
- Highly competitive and self-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving sales goals.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills—able to influence decisions and close deals.

Licenses & Certifications:
- Willingness to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses for marketing and selling State Farm products (Property & Casualty + Life & Health).
- Commitment to keeping licenses in good standing at all times.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
