With a background in Human Service Administration and Psychology, along with holding all insurance licenses, I bring a well-rounded perspective to the industry—focused on people first. Our office culture is built on the values of excellent customer service, detailed needs assessments, and prompt, reliable follow-through. Key Responsibilities:
- Build lasting relationships with customers by offering ongoing support and follow-up.
- Guide customers through a needs-based review process to help them understand and select the best insurance options.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and tailor product recommendations to meet customer needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for marketing products and providing sales and services.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with an emphasis on active listening.
- A customer-centric approach with a friendly, people-oriented attitude.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and use technology and computer functions.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
