Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing timely follow-up as needed.
- Conduct customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate clients on insurance options.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market relevant products and services.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening.
- People-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to learn and effectively use computer systems.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
