RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Comfortable communicating with clients via email, phone and text.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience preferred
- Proactive and solutions based mindset
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer to sale needs-based insurance products.
- Property & Casualty license acquired within 30 days of employment.
- Life & Health Casualty license acquired within 60 days of employment.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
