Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Agent and Customer Service Representative, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional insurance solutions and outstanding customer support. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to promote insurance products.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable health, life, property, or casualty insurance policies.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service, answering inquiries, and guiding clients through the benefits administration process.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details efficiently.
- Educate clients on coverage options such as health insurance, life insurance, and commercial insurance products while explaining complex concepts clearly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes (including HIPAA compliance), and product knowledge to provide accurate advice.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge of insurance regulation standards and familiarity with health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with a focus on client communication and relationship building.
- Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations related to health insurance privacy standards is desirable.

BENEFITS:
- Salary plus commission/bonus
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
