Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at Rohammad Sims State Farm in Chicago. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing them with personalized solutions to protect their assets and loved ones.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals.
  • Present and explain insurance policies and products to clients, recommending appropriate coverage options.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with policy changes.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation of all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Continuously update knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of State Farm insurance products is a bonus.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
