ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Relations Representative with the Macon agency you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your engaging personality, customer service and marketing skills, along with a desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, setting appointments and coordinating with other agency team members. We make new friends as we anticipate the needs of our small business and apartment complex community. We work hard and play hard. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Use a client-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Utilize social media and exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
Excellent telephone, computer and written word communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.

Our office is located in 2225 Kratky Rd (Page@ Lindbergh) St Louis 63114.
Our office is open 9-5 Monday-Friday Evenings and Saturdays by appontment.
I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
I am a proud graduate of Florida State University and Bowling Green State University.
We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
We have 65+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
