Sam Ashby State Farm Insurance Agency is searching for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance and Financial Services Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cold calling prospects to develop leads, identify needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Customer retention
- Meet monthly goals to lend toward individual and team success
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Strong attendance record at work
- Georgia Property & Casualty Producer License - required
- Georgia Life/Health Producer License - must be able to obtain
- Computer skills - CRM, Salesforce, Outlook, Microsoft Teams
- Communication skills - must be comfortable communicating with customers and prospects over the phone, in-person, and through email and text

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
