What We’re Looking For: 
 
We’re looking for a licensed and driven Health Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll focus on helping individuals and families navigate the world of health insurance including Medicare, Short- and Long-Term Disability, and supplemental income protection products. You’ll play a crucial role in helping customers feel secure and prepared for the future, while contributing directly to the agency’s growth. 
 
A strong candidate will bring the following qualifications and traits: 
·         Active Property & Casualty, Life & Health Insurance License (required prior to start) 
·         Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in health insurance products such as Medicare, Disability, or Supplemental Plans 
·         Clear and confident communicator with a passion for helping others 
·         Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
·         Educate and assist customers in selecting appropriate health insurance products 
·         Sell Medicare supplement plans, supplemental health, disability, and income protection products
·         Stay current on health insurance regulations and product offerings 
·         Follow up on leads and generate new opportunities through outreach and referrals 
·         Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and prospects 
·         Document all sales activities accurately within the agency CRM system 
·         Meet and exceed individual sales goals and agency performance benchmarks

Compensation: $75,000.00 per year
