ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’m starting my 20th year as an agent and my 33rd with State Farm. Over the years, I’ve built an agency focused on strong relationships, continuous learning, and long-term success for both our customers and our team.
I’m a graduate of University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) with a double major in Finance and Management, and I hold CPCU, ChFC, and CLU designations. I lead a team of six, and we pride ourselves on being a tight-knit group that genuinely enjoys working together.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ed Forster - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
