I opened my agency in December 2016, proudly carrying on a long family legacy—I'm a third-generation State Farm agent, with nearly 80 years of State Farm history in our family between my father’s 40-year career and my grandfather’s 30-plus years of service. After graduating from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, I built this office around the small-business values that make State Farm special: offering great prices while still giving customers the personal connection of having an agent who truly cares.

Our team culture reflects that same heart. We look out for one another, celebrate each other, and make sure family always comes first. Lucy, our Great Dane and honorary team member, loves visiting the office and greeting everyone with her oversized enthusiasm.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kyle Iske - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
