ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been a State Farm agent for 16 years and lead a strong, team-oriented office with six full-time and two part-time team members. Our focus is on building meaningful relationships with the families we serve and providing guidance to help them find the right protection for their needs.

I attended West Texas A&M, earning my undergraduate degree in Political Science and completing graduate work in Physiology. I’m a parent of two and a proud owner of five rescue dogs. I stay actively involved in the community as a victim advocate with the local sheriff’s department and also volunteer with animal rescue organizations.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Laura Leier - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $46,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
