ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in May 2024 and is a growing team of five focused on building a high-performing, people-first environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the oil and gas industry, bringing a strong business mindset and results-driven approach into the agency.

I studied Business Management and Economics at Prairie View A&M University, where I also played baseball, and later earned my Master’s degree from Texas A&M University. I’ve been married for nearly seven years, and we have one son and a dog. I stay actively involved in the community through the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jeffrey Sealy - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
 
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
