I opened my State Farm agency in 2018 and currently lead a team of six. As a lifelong resident of Lake Charles and a graduate of McNeese State University, I’m passionate about serving the community I call home. Before becoming an agent, I proudly served as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps, including two tours in Iraq. That experience helped shape the values of leadership, accountability, and service that guide our agency today.

Our team has been recognized with numerous company and industry awards, including Chairman’s Circle, Ambassador Club, Honor Club, and Top 10 New Agent recognition. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nicholas Reina - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
