Bradley Purcell - State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Note: This is not a remote/hybrid role. This is an "in office" role located in Lake Forest, CA (92630).

  • Guaranteed Base starting at $50,000 
  • Generous Commission & Bonus Structure, with OTE $70,000 - $80,000 in year one

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build personalized relationships with customers.
  • Actively listen to identify the customer's needs and ask about changes in his/her life.
  • Always conduct yourself professionally.
  • Develop in-bound leads from inception of interest to closing the sale using proven systems and processes. 
  • Conduct marketing searches to generate insurance sales.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Handle customer inquiries by the end of the business day.
  • Work with the agent and team to establish and meet business development goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Required: Able to commute to the office daily (M-F) 
  • Required: CA Property and Casualty License and experience
  • Recommended: CA Life/Health License and experience

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
