Luis Gonzalez is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as our Director of First Impressions (Receptionist).
The foundational role of receptionist, responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, and handling basic administrative tasks. Front Desk Receptionists are the face of the company, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and updating customer records.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Bilingual Spanish speaker required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
