Llyrena Sherwood Insurance Agency has been proudly serving the community for over 10 years, and we’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Account Representative to join our successful team!

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Llyrena Sherwood - State Farm Agent, You are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Your focus will be on providing outstanding customer service while achieving sales goals.  You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate new leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Help clients understand insurance options and guide them through the purchasing process.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to meet client needs and agency goals.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. We’re willing to train the right candidate.
  • A passion for helping others and a customer-centered approach.
  • A self-driven attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $82,500.00 per year
