Job Description:

As a Sales Team Member at Casilee Harper's State Farm Agency, you play a crucial role in our daily operations and in the success of our customers. Your primary focus will be on fostering meaningful relationships with clients and acting as an essential link between their needs and our agency's offerings. By proactively marketing relevant products and services, you will help enhance the lives of our customers while contributing to the growth of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on a wide range of insurance products and services, tailoring recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and modifications, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively, delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions to ensure continuity and quality of service.
  • Collaborate with various agency departments to align customer needs with available products and services.
Qualifications:

  • Valid Property and Casualty License.
  • Valid Life and Health License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
