Responsibilities:
- Engage in extensive marketing activities, including outbound calls to leads and referrals.
- Identify customer needs through our 5-step customer experience process and recommend suitable products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Conduct annual reviews to educate clients about current products and identify additional opportunities for expanding their relationship with the agency.
- Uphold a strong work ethic with a commitment to daily success.
- Strive to meet daily sales and prospecting excellence standards.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Coachable and open to learning.
- Ability to engage with clients in various settings, including in-person and virtually.
- Proficient in assessing client needs by asking targeted questions about their financial situations.
- Capability to execute a detailed business plan.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Property and Casualty license (must be obtained).
- Life and Health license (must be obtained).

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
