Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture customer relationships to support long-term retention and financial growth.
- Conduct comprehensive policy and financial reviews, providing expert recommendations aligned with customers’ financial goals.
- Oversee the resolution of complex financial and insurance-related customer issues.
- Leverage your expertise in insurance and financial services products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Collaborate with agency departments to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions and superior customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance sales, financial services, or account management is a preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A proactive, sales-minded attitude with a willingness to learn and engage in consultative conversations about financial planning and insurance solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
- Motivated to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
