I’ve been a State Farm agent for 15 years and built this agency with a focus on growth, consistency, and creating a great environment for both our team and customers. Before becoming an agent, I was a collegiate baseball player, which helped shape my competitive mindset and team-first approach.

I’m married with three kids and stay actively involved in the community through the Chamber of Commerce and coaching youth sports. Family and community are important to me, and that carries into how I lead the office.

Our agency is a growing team of five, focused on continuous improvement and getting a little better every day. We prioritize work-life balance and offer flexibility to help support both personal and professional success.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Terrin Thies - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
