Little bit about myself and my family:
Long time family business ties with State Farm - I worked for my father-in-law and brother-in-law are both State Farm agents of whom I have worked with over the past 15 years. My family and I live here in Monticello, IL. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Kate and we have three amazing children, Graham, Grey & Luca. My wife and I both graduated with honors from Parkland College in Champaign, IL. At Parkland, I also played on the men’s basketball team. We then graduated and transferred to Indiana State University.
We enjoy mentoring and training our new team members so you will notice that the experience expectation is low. We offer opportunities for advancement within our office as well as the opportunity to grow into an agency owner.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an insurance and financial services representative at our office, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
- Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to obtain insurance licenses
- Communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
